From our 82.96-acre plant in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, we control the entire steel journey – iron ore in, TMT bars out – under one roof. Since 2010, we have grown from a single sponge iron kiln to a Rs 700 Crore+ business serving builders, contractors and infrastructure projects across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. |

Our Product Range
Three Products. One Plant.
At Apple Industries Limited, every step from iron ore to ready-to-dispatch TMT bar happens inside our own 82.96-acre integrated plant in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Three sponge iron kilns reduce iron ore & Iron Ore Pellets using South-African low-sulphur coal - producing 300 TPD of sponge iron with 85% to 92% metallisation.
The sponge iron is fed straight into our two induction furnaces, alongside a calibrated scrap mix, to produce 500 TPD of MS billets. The billets are direct-charged into our rolling mill - fitted with the German H&K Thermex Quenching Box line - to produce 9,500 tonnes of Fe 500, Fe 500D and Fe 550D TMT bars every month. The 13.5 MW captive power plant, fuelled by waste-heat-recovery and AFBC boilers, powers the entire facility - backed by a 15 MW solar PPA.
